Qualifications:
A high-level of business intelligence and technical expertise is required in this position and the Business Systems Analyst will be expected to display procedural detailing on fundamental project assignments. In order to perform the duties described above, the applicant must have at least a Bachelor’s degree (or the foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
Business Systems Analysis & Support
- Develop and maintain a detailed user guide on major business processes for assigned projects.
- Requirement gathering Develop and maintain user implementation of key applications/systems(CAMS
- Develop business process modeling as necessary and provide solutions to internal customers; act as liaison between business and technical staff at all levels.
- Support and assist internal customers with requirements definitions, solution development and solutions planning.
- Lead business modeling and analysis efforts across all phases of the project management process.
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis to management and prepare business cases to support new project proposals.
- IT Analysis & Implementation 1
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in working with SQL on databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server and SAP HANA.
- Work with Business Intelligence tools like SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and Tableau.
- Work with BI Data ETL tools mainly SAP Business Objects Data Services.
- Hands on working with MDM Master Data Management tools like SAP MDM, MDG, SAP Information Steward
Troubleshooting & User Maintenance
- Document & model current business procedures and processes to identify relevant technology issues.
- Assess the impact of changes to systems and processes – develop business requirements definitions.
- Document system and user acceptance testing plans.
- Assist in testing phase and be a liaison to the Quality Assurance teams in the completion of testing.
- Work closely with ETL and BI teams to resolve the defects.
- Develop training documentation for new, existing and/or enhanced applications.
- Train users on new and/or enhanced application features.
