· Ability to drive requirements gathering, engage with Business users to identify KPIs

· Sound documentation for capturing reporting requirements and getting sign off

· Implementing the requirements as a modelling solution in BOBJ Universe (IDT)

· Expertise in reporting/analytic role with a focus on visualization design and development
