Location: Fort Worth, TX
Position Overview:
SAP BI/Reporting SA in a hands-on role
The Resource would be primarily working with SAP and non-SAP teams to develop a modern BI Reporting solution
This position is a lead level role. The resource would also be leading several other initiatives designing and developing BI and Reporting solutions
The resource will also provide technical expertise, direction and training for team members as well as business users, and contribute to the data and Reporting and tools strategy
Position Requirements:
Must be familiar with Agile Project Methodology
Design and build backend data models using SAP BW 7.4/5 on HANA
Experience in working with SAP Plant Maintenance data would be a plus
Strong Experience in designing and building Native HANA models
Must have experience in using Reporting tools including Business Objects BI tools and Tableau
Expert level SQL Skills
Experience in integrating Big data technology stack ( Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc to SAP is a huge plus
Experience in using SAP Vora and/or DataHub is a plus.
Any Experience in using Data Preparation tools like Trifacta and Alteryx is a plus
Experience in rapid prototyping , building dashboards and tools for Management
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts and business processes. Any experience in cloud offerings related to BI and DW is a plus.
Experience working with cross functional teams and business users.
Excellent Communication and influencing Skills is a must.
Work experience with existing partners in an offshore delivery model.
