Job Summary:

The PSE IT Business Analysis team is seeking out a consultant IT Business Analysts for the Get To Zero Program – Integrated Work Management program. This need is immediate and the initial contract will go through September 2018 (6 Months) with an opportunity to re-new based on performance and delivered project scope.

The Integrated Work Management Program is a series of projects under the umbrella of the Get to Zero initiative.
IWM projects are to improve the processes and/or technologies related to the management of work, its assets, and provide timely and accurate information to our customers. Specifically, these projects are to have an improved
Skillset:
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs.
Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.
Ability to write Functional Specifications and prepare training materials.
Knowledge in business areas corresponding to specific SAP modules, such as finance, plant maintenance and work order processes – IWM.
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes and identify potential gaps as well as impacts.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-leve information into details.
Conduct Gap and Impact analysis.
Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements for SAP Work Manager design and implementation.
Interface with System Integrators to design optimal solutions for integration with SAP Work Manager.
Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications.
Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements.
Strong communicators who are able to build partnerships across highly matrixed organizations.
Able to market the value of the Business Analyst role to project teams
Lead UAT cycle.
Well versed with both waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
Strong Working knowledge of the following tools
HP ALM for requirements and testing
TFS for project management
Sharepoint for project document storage
Visio/Excel – Process Mapping and requirements tracking
Experience working with diverse technologies
Experience with SAP modules finance, plant maintenance and work order processes
Familiar with SAP systems architecture, data models and implementation in the energy sector
Familiarities with scheduling tools for field operations
