Qualifications
Minimum Education – bachelor’s Degree, master’s degree a plus
Ability to effectively facilitate and influence task completion with others.
Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strategic business understanding and vision, with ability to translate strategy into tactical execution

Skills/Experience Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of business systems consulting or equivalent business analysis work experiences (i.e. Process Mapping, Requirements Gathering and documentation Experienced in implementing and supporting global systems
Experience in upstream procurement processes such as Supplier Management, Evaluation and Onboarding (i.e. Vendor Data Management), Sourcing, Contract Management and Spend Analytics
Good understanding of system architecture, and integration between COTS systems, and Software as a Service (SaaS) solution (Overall solution architecture support)
Deep procurement and technical skills on SAP Ariba platform
Strong understanding of SRM and Vendor master
Ability to understand the impact of business processes on overall system performance and make improvement recommendations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple modules being developed / enhanced at the same time
Independent, self-starter who requires minimal guidance
Experience tracking, managing and resolving issues in an expedient manner
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills as this person will be working directly with individuals across technical support groups and business operations groups
