Assist in the production of deliverables including business process decomposition, business process documentation e.g. PDD addendums, data mapping, test data preparation, data verification, test scripts, test execution and training materials
Work with Client Program Manager, GSC Lead, Data Leads and PMO in the following role and deliverables:
Responsible for preparing, conducting, documenting all localizations, completing the fit/gap analysis versus the global template for the RCCP process and related system area(s) in APO/ECC
Supporting the configuration of APO, job chains and CIF variant setups together with the solution architect
Responsible to write eventual gap documents, functional specifications and Functional Unit Test scripts in alignment with the solution architect and coordinating with ABAP team
Support enhancing training materials from a technical perspective, for localizing and translating the training materials from a business perspective, all in collaboration with the business process owner
Supports/Facilitates end user training together with super-users and business process owner
Support the definition of the Business Testing Scenarios with site/PSPM
Keeps oversight of data review related questions and provides technical guidance in collaboration with data leads
Sets up demo’s to reflect recipe/resource re-modeling options
Executing of test scripts during OQ; create documentation; work on resolution of defects.
Supporting on site the execution of PQ (including HPALM and RCCP required training); work on resolution of defects
Owns the cutover plan of respective manufacturing sites
Facilitates the Hypercare plan including incident resolution & on site extra training
Supports users during Go Live and Hypercare phase
Reviewing and validation of test scripts, including the preparation
