Job Description:
SAP APO Consultant with experience in SNP and DP for at least 10 years. PP experience is also important.
Experience in APO Demand Planning with expertise in creating the info objects, Data Sources, Transformation, Process Chains, Data extraction tools etc.
Thorough knowledge in: planning object structure , planning areas. Planning books and data views
Hands on experience in configuring complex macros and knowledge of user exit macros.
Good understanding of Lifecycle Planning and Promotions and their impact to Demand Planning process.
Experience in handling batch jobs, hand-off to SNP (Release), external interfaces and Process Chains
Knowledge of working with custom logic for Release to SNP user exits/ external applications is a plus.
Experience in Supply Network Planning coupled with handling inbound and outbound interfaces (Master Data and Transactional Data) including CIF.
Thorough understanding of user exits, enhancements and BADIs in DP and SNP.
Good understanding of: Safety Stock Calculation, SNP optimizer and linear programming techniques usage/functionality.
Good understanding of deployment Optimization.
Thorough knowledge of Transportation lanes, TLB profiles, Lot sizing, Safety Stock methods-their calculation and usage in custom macros, enhancements and user exits.
Good understanding of Aggregated Planning in SNP in conjunction with Quota management in SNP
Thorough understanding of external interfaces / middleware hand-off including Back-up cubes and Remote cubes.
Good understanding of Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC
Good knowledge of IBP-Supply (Inventory Optimization in the following areas: Attributes, Master Data Types, Time profiles, Planning levels, Key figures and calculations, Versions, Planning Operators, Planning Views and Planning Levels, Planning process for IBP-Supply (Inventory Optimization), Scenario Planning, Knowledge of HCI Tasks: Inbound tasks and data transformation, Inbound tasks and data transformation, Outbound tasks and data transformation, Batch Cycle/Operations, Transport Management.
Certification on SAP HANA Administration &ops
Should have experience in working with Interfaces to SAP ECC, APO and IBP
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate
The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings
A natural communicator with the ability to keep the right people
Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Service Provider organizations is helpful

10-15 years of experience, specializing in SAP DP, DRP, IBP & SAP PP
Demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of in Production Support and development
Should be able to work with the SAP APO /IBP/SNC PP independently on any kind of technical issues.
Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
