Business Process / Functional knowledge:
General business process and integration knowledge in MM, SD, FI and CO Modules.
Soft-skills/Analytical skills & Other Requirements:
Good Analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Should be having enthusiasm and energy.
Very good awareness of entire SDLC and processes related to SDLC. Should also be good in visualizing and formulating process flow diagrams.
Mandatory:
Must have 10 years of experience in ABAP
Must have 1-2 years of HANA experience
Hybris knowledge is plus
Must be willing to extend working hours as per need.
Technical HANA Modeling & HANA ABAP
Hands-on development experience in different Views of HANA (Attribute & Analytical views Creation of Calculation views from Analytical views.
Performance Optimization techniques in SAP HANA
Nice to have:
Hands on development experience in RICEF and Core ABAP areas such as -
Reports: Interactive and ALV (preferably ALV using OO Methodology)
Interfaces: BAPI and Flat file Interfaces (handling files on Application Server and Presentation Server)
Enhancements: BADI, User Exits and Customer Exits. Knowledge of Enhancement Spots would be added advantage.
Proficiency in areas like Data Dictionary and Performance Tuning
Expertise in OO ABAP.
Development Standards/Development Process
By using Project Standards and Processes, prepare the technical design and develop the application to ensure the development work is in compliance with the specifications.
Hands on expertise in determining and/or validating the development effort estimates.
Assisting functional teams when necessary in the testing efforts and preparing test data
