Job Description :
SAP development to provide solutions to business needs
Work in a close partnership with the SAP functional teams as well as other Development teams (Middleware, and front end application development
Interpret business requirements/functional designs into technical designs
Develop scalable solutions for TBC Retail, Wholesale, and Warehouse business units
Provide level of effort for technical development and manage delivery of objects against estimates
Provide technical support for internal and 3rd party internally developed applications and infrastructure
Recommend development initiatives to support TBC application support strategies
Establish and continuously improve analysis of business requirements, technical documentation, code reviews, unit testing, and other development best practices
Follow and improve SDLC process.
Skills Required:
In-depth Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in development with Retail and Wholesale application and processes.
7+ years of experience working with the SAP ECC platform
At least 2 successful full lifecycle implementations
Requires in-depth knowledge of ABAP, OOP, BAPI’s, RFC-enabled Function Modules,
Knowledge of integration points from FICO, SD, CS, MM, WM and HR modules
Retail and wholesale in automotive parts and services experience highly desired
High transaction volume and e-Commerce environments highly desired
Experience with SAP Enterprise Services implementation, SOAMANAGER, Web UI a plus
Good organization and facilitation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with people
Ability to interface with technical SMEs and non-technical team members
High attention to detail and strong problem solving skill
Ability to balance multiple projects in a constantly changing environment
Positive team player and “go-getter” attitude
