Title: SAP Technical Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12+ Months

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Play the role of an Technical Lead with superior technical leadership, communication skills and independence in decision making.
Author detailed design specifications and lead reviews to conform to software development processes.
Handle end to end project/product delivery independently and provide guidance to team members
Perform analysis of critical issues for the technical requirements and provide expertise towards resolution
Perform high-level analysis of any new requirements/change requests to the solution from a techno-functional standpoint.
Provide direction to development teams for interface solution realization and participate, as necessary, in coding, testing, documentation, go-live and support activities
Analyze the impact of any new requirements on the existing solution
Estimation of efforts for issue-resolution and change requests.
Escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches
Guide and influence team members to accomplish the team’s technical and schedule goals
Work closely with other custom development team members, SAP development teams, external partners and customer teams to ensure successful project completion
Curiosity and fast learning of new technical components and concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with teams in other geographical locations
Work experience in S/4HANA Projects and on topics like extensibility and Code push down
Exposure on ABAP CDS
Moderating/driving calls between functional and developer to resolve roadblocks for developments.
Providing status update to PMO with identified risks and issues with deliverables

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in ABAP Technologies - ABAP Workbench, ABAP Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen Programming, Smartforms, Adobe forms, Authorizations, ALE/IDOC, Performance Tuning, Webdynpro ABAP, OO ABAP, Database Updates, Enhancements & Modifications.
Experience in SD/FI/MM is must. In addition, experience in either one of the following modules (EWM, SCM) is must.
Sound knowledge in writing interfaces – EDI / IDOC / PROXY / RFCs.
Direct interface building by using JCos.
Work experience in S/$ HANA 1709, OData, CDS, Fiori, HANA Studio
Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle
Consulting knowledge and experience in evaluating customer requirements, and SAP Solution and Architecture approaches.
Knowledge and Strong interest and passion for innovation technologies like SAP HANA, S4/HANA or cloud.
Exposure to agile development methodologies like SCRUM would be an added advantage
Good Technical and Analytical skills.
Proactive, flexible, result-driven, with a “can do” attitude
Good communication & coaching skills.
Excellent work experience of sending/Receiving data via proxy(PI/PO
Work experience in SAP CIF (Core Interface
Good exposure to interface project with third party LOGISTICS.
Good experience in sending and receiving data between SAP ECC and Hybris.
Average work experience of SAP workflow.
S4 HANA Modeling.
SQL scripting (CDS Views, Table functions, Stored procedures etc
SAP Netweaver Gateway using ODATA.
SLT for HANA
Understanding of API technologies, REST, SOAP, etc.
