Must Have Skills:
SAP ECC Development knowledge must
Should be highly proficient in ABAP HR
Should have working knowledge on SAP NetWeaver
Unix scripting knowledge is an advantage to have
FMS/HANA/AFS Knowledge also a Plus
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Should have worked on all kinds of interfaces (IDOC, File)
Should be able to develop Adobe forms and enhance Smart forms and SAP Scripts
Should have worked on Web services (SAP PO and ODATA
Should be proficient with object orient programming concepts
Should be proficient in performance tuning
Should be familiar with ABAP Data Dictionary
Should be able to interface with several other teams like middleware and BW.
Should be able to communicate well with the Business System Analysts for gathering and understanding requirements
Should follow the standards
Ability to analyze complex issues and come up with quick solutions
