This position will need to have the knowledge of design and configuration within the SAP HCM application.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years'' experience with SAP ERP implementations.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
SAP HR configuration knowledge
Ability to work in global environment.
Available to travel as required.
Leadership skills
Experienced with SAP in manufacturing environments.
Automotive experience a plus.

Experience with tools like Lean Manufacturing, TMS, and Six Sigma a plus
