Role: SAP ABAP CRM Consultant
Location : Sunnyvale CA
Duration : Long term

Job Description and skill set:
At least, 4 plus years of ABAP development in SAP CRM with strong applied knowledge for the design, development and implementation of SAP CRM sales and service processes
SAP Hybris integration experience is an added advantage
Good leadership skills to act as onsite co-ordinator if needed.
SP upgrade/Ehp upgrade experience good to have
Work experience in SAP CRM service implementation in CRM 7.0 Ehp2 is highly desirable
Object oriented ABAP programming skills is a MUST HAVE
Experience in AET,EEWB, CRM BAPI/RFC, CRM BAdI/User exits is a must-have
Knowledge of MVC architecture & SAP CRM data model is a must-have
Knowledge in configuration, development and maintenance of SAP Business workflow and business objects is preferable
Knowledge of Internet Sales/E-service APIs in SAP CRM is preferable
Knowledge of IPC, CRM pricing engine is preferable
Development experience in core Java to work on CRM pricing routines will be an added advantage
Must have working knowledge in configuration and development of BSP, CRM webUI/ IC web client components using UI component workbench
Experience with enhancing and reusing BSP components and BSP page (static and dynamic) navigation
Must be familiar with data exchange with ECC using CRM Middleware
Knowledge in Enterprise web service architecture and providing/consuming services from/to SAP CRM functionality is desirable
Knowledge of CRM One-order framework is a must-have
Exposure to SAP ERP modules will be a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
Design scalable,performance optimal and re-usable technical solution to meet specific business requirements
Develop technical specifications, coding, testing, and documentation
Develop custom reports, BSP applications and interfaces for data load
Perform Proof-of-concept and prototyping activities whenever required
Raise SAP OSS messages and follow-up on standard SAP issues until closure
Perform data mapping, data cleansing/conversion activities
Work closely with the ISA/CRM eCommerce team to finalize technical design,fix issues and undertake collaborative development tasks
Work as a onsite co-ordinator to manage offshore team members to deliver project work in a timely manner
Must be able to multi-task and work on parallel items at the same time
Active participation in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of issues
Willing to share technical knowledge and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within development team from time-to-time
Provide knowledge transfer to Production Support team after project go-live
Need to be prepared to offer technical help and expertise to Production Support team for any urgent production issue
