Job Description :
TITLE: SAFe AGILE CERTIFIED SPC
LOCATION: CHICAGO, IL (ONSITE)
DURATION: FULL TIME
INTERVIEW: TELEPHONIC/ SKYPE
(Should be willing to fly to St. Louis & Seattle) Staying in Chicago is priority.
Must have:
Certified SPC's who are enabled to teach SAFe 4.5 courses.
Experience teaching SAFe 4.5 classes. (If they have their SAFe statistics/feedback from other engagements, that would be a great way to understand it
Success/experience coaching SAFe programs (Not just Scrum/Agile team level coaching
Strong communication skills (Verbal, oral and written
They need to communicate with Sr. Level people on their program and as part of our Lean/Agile Center of Excellence.
Priority:
Who are recently certified if they have had experience at manufacturing or experience with Airline, Defense equipment, or Plane Manufacturers (basically very large, complex systems
Nice to Have:
Agile team and cross-team delivery experience
Experience performing on a SAFe program in a delivery role (e.g. RTE, Architect)
