Job Description :
1. Around 15+ years of Experience in IT Industry
2. Must have experience in end-to-end Project Execution using Scrum or any Agile Model
3. Must have experience in Program Execution in Scaled Agile Transformations using SAFe
4. Experience in Evaluating the current state of Organization by talking to all levels in the Organization
5. Create and discuss recommendations for Agile practices
6. Good knowledge and experience covering Process & Automation Technicality in DevOps
7. Conduct workshops and training to Senior Leadership
8. Coach Leadership, teams for continual improvement
9. Experience in identifying training needs and chalking out training programs for the individual teams and collectively for the organization covering People, Process & Tools
10. Experience in identification and facilitation to resolve the Organizational impediments to Agility
11. Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
12. Excellent Presentation Skills - Creating Presentations and Delivering them
13. Experience in other scaled agile frameworks like LESS, DAD, Nexus is a plus
14. Scrum/Kanban Certifications is a plus
15. SAFe Certification is a plus
