Role : Ruby on Rails Tech Lead
Location : Minneapolis, MN

Required Technical Skill Set:
Working Experience in Ruby on Rails, RSpec, RESTful Web services.
Experience in delivering projects in Agile methodology
Experience using JIRA, Agile tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.,
Working experience in Code Quality tools.
Experience working with Remote teams, grooming and mentoring the team as Technical lead.
Basic understanding HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
Must-Have:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in programming with Ruby on Rails and RESTful Webservices
Excellent knowledge in designing/building RESTful APIs
Experience in Test driven development, writing test cases using RSpec
At least 1+ Years of experience working with NoSQL technologies such as Cassandra, MongoDB
Good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, HAML, Javascript, CSS3
Ability to integrate and work with multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM and Restful
Familiarity with development aiding tools such as Bundler, Rake, etc.
Experience working with GIT, Code Quality tools such as Sonar Qube, Code Narc, JIRA, Jenkins etc.,
Experience in grooming and mentoring the team as Technical lead
Very good analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in delivering projects in agile methodology
Attitude to learn new things quickly
