Proficient in Ruby on Rails
At least 5 years of recent software development experience
Experience with source code management systems such as Git
Experience with Agile Methodologies
Write clean, maintainable, documented code using best engineering practices in the industry (design patterns, TDD, peer review, CI, automated testing, etc
Being responsible for everything in the software lifecycle such as: taking requirements from internal customers, writing and estimating developer stories, developing the feature, writing tests and documentation, deploying the code to multiple environments and coordinating UAT, and maintaining and supporting your code in production
Ability to implement features within existing conventions and architecture
Introductory knowledge of a secondary language and associated design principles
Beginning understanding of business impact and business problem domain
Be able to write unit tests, with acceptable coverage
