Required Skills:
5+ years of professional experience working as a back end engineer
A strong problem solver that wants to design large-scale fault tolerant systems
Someone who works well with smart people and contribute to making the team better.
A talented engineer that can participate in code reviews to make our engineering team stronger
Solid algorithms and data structures background
Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar MVC is a plus
Working knowledge of Relational Databases such as MySQL or Postgres
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Ruby
Proven experience building highly scalable RESTful APIs
Good knowledge of object oriented design and patterns
Expertise in relational databases and database architecture
Experience developing distributed systems
Comfortable with Agile development practices
