Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA

Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience in UI design using HTML5/jQuery is preferred.
Strong experience of Ruby, Rails, and HTML5 (at least 3 years)
Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS 1.X and 2.X
Working in an agile/scrum sprint cycle
Familiar in TDD and Continuous integration and deployment tools
Guiding a development team to instill best practices and ensure high quality code
Excellent communicator, amazing at documentation
Knowledge of Python scripting, DB2 is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain customer facing web products and backend services
Writing unit tests and integration tests for max coverage
Improve the design of the code as the product evolves
Drive key architecture decisions
Deploy and test code to ensure no defects
Build out restful APIs and consume 3rd party apis
Work with business operations to turn requirements into technical solutions
Mentor younger members of the team
Be a team player / laugh and have fun / strive to get better
Generic Skills
Think out of the box to provide suggestions
Be creative in analyzing business requirements while preparing test cases
Nice to have some knowledge in Retail business
Be extremely proactive and independent
