Role: SAP SuccessFactors Techno-Functional.
Location: Reston, VA.

Our client is looking for someone to come in and help with Best Practices and act as an SME for their SuccessFactors migrations/implementation. Any experience with an implementation from a Non-HR System to SuccessFactors would be ideal. This is role is 50% Technical; 50% Functional. Looking for someone with extensive experience with the HR Modules as this person will be heading the HR platform for the implementation. Looking for SuccessFactors Cloud NOT OnPrem

REQUIRED SKILLS:
7-9 years designing HR IT solutions 2-3 years of full life-cycle implementations
5+ years’ experience specifically in SuccessFactors Employee Central and
5+ modules Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent
5+ Profile, Compensation, Learning, Workforce Analytics with related
5+ security, reporting, technical and functional aspects
Ability to understand and interpret change management and effectively translate to business stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and guide Ellucians transition from existing, on premise Banner HR System to SuccessFactors.
Direct development of SuccessFactors integrations with other internal and external applications.
All activities require a solid foundational knowledge of HR Talent Management processes, the ability to work with subject matter expert leads to understand and gather requirements as well translating these requirements into high quality solutions.
Functional and technical SAP SuccessFactors expertise is required, as well as collaboration with Ellucian IT and HR teams to complete a holistic solution.
Due to restrictions in how far cloud solutions can be configured or technically extended it is expected that this role brings creative thinking and knowledge of latest features and functions provided by SuccessFactors to the table. The role is expected to perform hands-on configuration work when needed as well as provide guidance to IT or HR team members.
