Job Title: Rock star lead caliber developer
Duration: 12+ month contract
Rate: 64/hr on 1099 (max max, cannot go 1 cent higher)
Assurant is looking for a rock star lead caliber developer (but it can be senior developer with some lead exp), to come in and add immediate value to an ongoing program. We look for people who produce high quality work and are high quality people, able to excel in a dynamic and fast moving organization.

* Understand requirements from user stories and regularly deliver working software
* Demonstrated ability to produce high quality solutions on time
* Communicate effectively with teammates and enjoy working together with others to accomplish team goals
* Able to effectively produce designs and transform those designs into solutions
* Able to understand, articulate and apply industry standard design patterns and best practices
* Demonstrated success building distributed systems
Technologies
* Seasoned use of C# as primary development language
* Deep understanding of .NET technologies
* Able to interface on both relational and non-relational databases
* Able to integrate with 3rd party tools
* Experience developing in the cloud (Azure or AWS)
Desired additional skills
* Devops experience
* Experience with Angular and Angular 2
