Job Description:
The Sr. Associate Intelligent Automation Engineer will be based at Client Capability Center in Tampa, Florida. He/ She will be a direct contributor to the success of the newly formed RPA Product team to help build bots that help simplify business processes across Client.
Responsibilities:
Works with the Process Architects to confirm objectives, and solicit detailed process information as required
Creates and maintains technical solution documentation
Leads the development and testing of RPA and other Intelligent Automation script modules, emphasizing scalability, efficiency, and re-usability
Manages implementation and deployment of RPA and other Intelligent Automation solutions to align with other technical release cycles and other related enterprise dependencies
Performs QA testing and facilitates UAT for all RPA and other Intelligent Automation scripts before production deployment
Works with the Intelligent Automation Administrators to handoff production-ready automation solutions for deployment and scheduling
Participates in the ongoing maintenance and support of automation solutions
Participates in development, promotion and utilization of Intelligent Automation best practices
Supports the development and maintenance of training plans for the Intelligent Automation role within the COE
Continuously learns and stays informed on emerging automation technologies and provides recommendations to Intelligent Automation leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with systems development life cycle and agile programming methods including requirements definition, solution design, program development, configuration, operations, support
Experience and certifications for leading automation software platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath)
Proficiency with Macros, coding languages such as Java and VBA preferred
Scripting languages (e.g., python, Perl, PowerShell, bash, vbs, etc
Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
Understanding of other compiled languages
Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and PHP
Basic Knowledge of Cloud Based platforms such as AWS, Google
Understanding of machine learning/AI and practical experience in building some models or leveraging Cloud based API''s
Knowledge of chat bots, OCR technologies that can be leveraged
Experience with RPA and other Intelligent Automation development and deployment
Expert knowledge of internal support systems (e.g., Workday, SFDC, Oracle)
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems – SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, IFS.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to investigate and identify the source of an error
Ability to resolve production issues applying a knowledge of upstream & downstream business and application impacts
Ability to learn existing application and data environments
Demonstrated proficiency with business productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
Specific expertise with Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of new platforms, languages, tools and technologies
