Need to be extremely detail orientated and comfortable dealing with large volumes of data
Need strong Excel skills. A lot of their reporting and data housed in Excel Macros, Pivot Tables, V-lookups
Strong presentation skills

Applies comprehensive knowledge of project management to perform complex activities related to overseeing and managing the operational aspects of one or more projects within a business unit. Participate in analyzing issues and future needs to identify projects that support the business strategic plan, achieve business goals and objectives, and/or improve or streamline functions. Monitor daily operations and provide direction to and assist subordinate staff. May operate cross-functionally within the organization

Key Job Functions:
Assist on daily risk activities to allow for regular re-assessment of suppliers in a timely manner. This includes conducting due diligence with internal stakeholders (business units
and sourcing leads) to validate supplier classification prior to initiating the risk re-assessment.
Identify the comprehensive view of the types of relationships exist and what inherent risks exist in these relationships.
Ensure compliance with the program requirements, this includes reporting/escalating to management as well as producing stats for governance committee meetings.
Incorporate multiple subject matter expert inputs to build an enterprise wide view of the supplier.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support the risk review process.
Assess risk, and perform assessments around key subcontractors. Ensure all artifacts are uploaded to our central system of record and mark each task as completed within the
system.
