Job Title: Revitas Developer
Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 4 to 6 years

Position Type: Contract to Hire Direct Hiring
Technical/Functional Skills
i. Extensive functional and technical experience in supporting Revitas applications such as
a. Revitas CARS/IS Classic, Flex RM, CM, Validata
b. Revitas CARS Medicaid Classic, Flex Medicaid
c. Revitas GP Classic, Flex GP
ii. Experience in Java, Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) and Unix shell scripting
iii. Preferred Certification : ITIL Foundation
iv. Good analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot problems
v. Trained and qualified for GxP Computerized Systems administration
Roles & Responsibilities
i. Resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
ii. Complete service requests within agreed SLAs
iii. Co-ordinate with business users and functional analysts to understand and validate requirements for system upgrades and/or enhancements
iv. To handle Revitas integrations and data fixes
v. Design, development, testing and deployment of enhancements as required in AMS Model
vi. Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and work with cross-functional teams / vendor to ensure quick resolution
Education: BS/MS in Science/engineering or an equivalent combination of education or experience
