Description:
The role will support the Advantage project Finance and Accounting data migration reconciliation and end to end testing. This position will be primarily responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts and preparing test cases and reviewing test results to ensure accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
Research general ledger transactions in various subsystems including SAP, CARS and Alfa.
Perform analyses using Excel.
Partner with Business Unit personnel and other project team personnel to understand various auto finance transactions in order to complete data migration reconciliation and testing
Document processes and findings
Complete test case scenarios and review test results
Support and assist the Advantage Finance & Accounting team on various activities as needed
Qualifications
BS/BBA degree in Accounting/Finance required
At least 3 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc
Auto Finance industry experience a plus
Strong attention to detail balanced with knowing the right level necessary to deliver on requirements
Energetic and inquisitive, quick learner, takes initiative, team player and able to multi task
Ability to clearly communicate effectively, both written and verbal
Ability to organize data, perform independent analysis, provide and articulate explanations to management
