Proven related prior experience is required.
5-7 years of experience in network and systems analysis, and Disaster Recovery (DR) and resiliency designs.
Required skills:
Strong understanding of system monitoring, operating systems, and network technologies.
Role will require experience analyzing system designs for resiliency, DR/BC, documenting weaknesses and gaps.
A seasoned engineer that can quickly establish a full understanding of business objectives and underlying drivers, so they can develop and drive strategies and solutions in support of initiatives and projects that will improve and measure IT services.
Attention to details for following up when services are impacted.
The associate must have the technical ability to effectively analyze complex issues, ensuring identification and accurate written documentation of underlying root causes.

Proven ability to explain complex IT concepts in non-technical terms
Proven success building internal and external relationships with vendors and business partners.
