Support and maintain a large Tidal Enterprise Scheduler environment
Experience with Tidal to CA Automatic Migration
Provide support and guidance to users for best practices and product features
Troubleshoot failed installs of the agent, job failures and dependency streams in real time
Identify product defects and enhancements and implement solutions/features as needed
Proactively identify issues and bottlenecks to ensure environment stability
Develop enhanced monitoring tools and logging
Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports for metrics and trend analysis to management
