SAP PM-EAM/Utilities Consultant
San Diego CA

Client has a requirement for an SAP EAM/Utilities consultant to support the Public Utilities Department in their day to day operations. This position will be embedded within the Public Utilities Department and will be required for an initial period of one (1) year.

1) Minimum 5 years SAP EAM and Utilities business experience.

2) Experience with developing business processes and procedures regarding the use of the EAM Suite of Tools.

3) Ability to; define, document and produce reports, respond to end user support requests, execute and support testing, deliver training in both a group and individual setting.

4) Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance and Utilities data models and processes as well as MDG for EAM data objects.

5) Work with business process coordinators to translate business requirements into efficient system design.

6) Experience in SAP system development lifecycle from understanding of requirements to proper design techniques, configuration, writing specifications, testing, and documentation as needed.

7) Knowledgeable in SAP industry best business practices. Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

8) Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be able to properly communicate and document findings, proposals, solutions and analyses as developed.

9) Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work with a team as well as contribute individually, and follow standards and strict change control procedures.
