Retail PM

Must Have Skills: Project Management, Agile Certified and Retail Domain experience in the stores

Desired Skills:
4 years of retail project management experience; an operations background a plus.
Highly developed verbal, written and presentation skills.
Comfortable with uncertainty and willingness to take risks.
Proven skill in training and the ability to positively influence people to gain support.
Analytical aptitude including and reporting of key performance indicators; proficient Excel skills a plus.
Organizational skills, self-motivated and focused on meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Project Details:

This is in our OMS/Omnichannel Practice with omnichannel transformation roadmap, holistic solution architecture, and solution delivery responsibilities for strategic retail customers.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, Retail Operations, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a variety of operations and store systems projects. Reporting to the Manager of Operations, you will work with business partners to advise on the store experience in new project design and assist in developing, delivering and implementing retail initiatives and operational handoffs for support tools. In addition, you will:
Work with cross-functional business partners across multiple projects to represent the stores employee and client experience.
Act as the store expert, serving as a thought leader for projects, driving change across the organization, building strong relationships with cross functional departments.
Support and liaison with departments, ensuring that all initiatives and pilots are focused on supporting improved business processes for stores, client experience and enhance productivity in stores.
Support cross functional partners to drive processes, align on priorities and deliver a comprehensive plan including milestones/timing of work to be done.
Work cross functionally to set and monitor key productivity indicator improvements, change management and communication programs per project for the stores.
Represent retail operations in cross functional meetings and ensure decisions support overall operating model and strategy.
Travel to Sephora stores as needed to check on project process and traction.
