Network Support
Santa Clara, CA

Participate in planning and implementation activities for the building LANs (both wired and wireless)
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions on support issues
Troubleshoot client connectivity related issues on and after the ''go live'' date
Isolate client laptop/desktop issues to either the client or the network infrastructure. Fix or escalate the issues as required
Perform client side network validation tests
Communicate effectively to clients with issues on the progress of their issues
Document and analyze and report all post go live issues using a standard templates
