Middleware Administrator
Hoboken, NJ
Contract/Full Time

1. Engineering, executing & supporting the deployments for various applications deployed in Weblogic server 11g/12c
2. Installing, configuring and managing Weblogic Application Server
3. Performance monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure user outages are prevented
4. Workload Management/ Scalability / High-Availability strategies (clusters, load balancing, session state management, etc.
5. Performance tuning Weblogic by configuring caching, queuing, pooling, JVM parameters.
6. Preparing strategy for Performance tools to provide benchmarking and capacity planning statistics
7. Systems Applications Management using Administrative Interfaces Systems Management
8. Carrying out automated deployment and build process across Staging, UAT, Model, and PROD environments for various front office applications.
9. Ensuring timely resolution for all production issues, doing a root cause analysis for all Sev-1 issues and document the same. Recommend the corrective action plan for the same.
10. Ensuring all documentation is updated and meets SOX compliance
11. Providing technical support to developers
12. Adept knowledge on SSL implementation, configuration and renewal of SSL certificates
13. Experience in Administration of WebSphere MQ (WMQ) v5.3 and above
14. Experience in Installation, Configuration and administration of WebSphere MQ and above on Windows and UNIX
15. Good knowledge on MQ clustering, MQ Backup and Recovery
16. Experience in Websphere Message Broker
17. Experience in HACMP, MQ Cluster, MQ API Exits
18. Familiarity with MQsecurities like SSL and OAM
19. Experience in messaging tools like RhfUtil, q-tool, q-load, Qpasa
