Mainframe implementation Lead
Woodland Hills, CA

Roles and responsibilities:

Must Have skills- Lead with Mainframe M2O4 experience

Associate would be responsible to manage and analyze existing applications/software systems in scope for any technical issues, upgrade and implement new software, develop and document SOPs, manage SLA/OLA and publish performance report.
Work as SME in Application support environment, providing guidance to the support team and take ownership to resolve issues
Incident, problem and change management including implementation of workarounds and changes
SLA Adherence for Operational KPIs and timely updates with finding about any issues impacting Operational SLA
Delivery of high quality end-to-end service by ensuring successful roll-out, configuration, integration and testing of the operated applications, with applications managed by other teams
Interface with different team and stake holders
Timely escalation to 3rd Party vendors
Manage service request fulfillment based on priority
Evaluate and provide guidance to the team on application support, configuration and troubleshooting
Communicate with counterpart of Customer to understand their concern and expectation as well as escalation handling
Familiarity with DR
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, organization and planning skills
Positive attitude and ability to work through obstacles and roadblocks
Strong detail orientation, follow-through capabilities and escalation of key issues, superior analytical and problem solving skills
