We are looking for candidates with less than 10 years of experience, 2-3 years’ experience in project management.

Key Skills: (Please note: We are not looking for pure Instructional Designers, candidate must have the below experience)
Program and Project management
Any change management- Merger and Acquisition
Instructional design background
Trainer background (Preferred)
Job summary:
Deliver behavioral and functional training courses course catalog.
Utilize facilitation and training skills that meet the requirements of the adult learner in both classroom and distance learning settings.
Project manager for M&A training activities.

Job responsibilities:
Design and develop functional training for clients.
Facilitate classroom (ILT) and virtual classroom (vILT) training.
Assist with project management of M&A learning activities.
Perform administrative duties related to training to include booking training rooms, sending calendar invites, project planning and tracking reports.
Work closely with team members and clients to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Instructional Design or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, in classroom and/or virtual classroom environments.
Ability to assess both business and learning needs, design curriculum, develop solutions, deploy large scale initiatives and facilitate learning programs.
Ability to apply instructional strategies and adult learning principles to design and delivery of training preferred.
Ability to conduct research, collaborating with subject matter experts and gathering and interpreting relevant data.
Decision making, problem identification, solution generation and commitment to action skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong editing and proofreading skills preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and SME’s.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience with the ADDIE Model
Project management experience
