Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
On-Call Support
Provide 24x7 support (Will be required support between 5.30pm to 2.30am on rotation basis)
Knowledge or ECM Server Layouts, Products, Testing Plans
Monitor Stability, Uptime, Alerting Configuration
Daily Tasks -
Process Email Alerts
Process Incident Tickets
System Health Checklists
Proactive Communication
Development Tasks -
Bug Fixes
Critical/Preventative Enhancements
Software Development would require TFS Pull Requests to be validated by Senior Developer
Deployment Tasks –
General deployment windows occur 8PM to Midnight every other Thu (but can occur multiple times per week)
Significant application enhancement deployments may span several hours or over weeks
Automated Deployments –Configuration,
Smoke Testing – with support from Development team
Release Management
Deployment Recap Notes – Supported by Development Team

C# Development Net Framework 2012 and later)
SQL Server (2008 +)
Intermediate SQL – Understanding of Stored Procs, Triggers, SQL Profiler, Execution Plans, Common Table Expressions
Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016) Administration Skills
IIS 7.0 and greater Administration Skills
Understanding of TFS, Build Agents, Release Management

Candidate should have strong consulting background and have
- Ability to Undestand, use and justify .Net design patterns
- Demonstrate, Understand and use UML and other object oriented software design
- Ability to Understand, use and build / maintain frameworks using .Net and integrate with IBM Filenet /Datacap products
- Derive solutions for customer problems/issues
- Tune performance and solve bottlenecks
- Ability to articulate usage of .net Web application development in scenario''s defined and defend solutions
- Design and develop data model with broad experience in relational database
- Demonstrated knowledge of code reviews, unit and regression testing.
