JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Care Associate will provide information to customers in response to complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Responsible for assisting an average of 45-55 callers per day-employer, insured, agent, provider, and/or internal customers.
Resolves issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
Follows through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years experience in related field
Must work well under pressure
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer knowledge
Familiar with Microsoft Office
10-key operation by touch

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School/GED
Associate Degree Preferred

None

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment
May be subject to interruptions.
Minimal physical exertion.
Required to work computer.
