Experience:
Support experience with Citrix XenApp 6.5/7.6/7.15 or higher, Citrix Netscalers 10.x or higher, Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 or higher, and App-V.
Understand and Troubleshoot issue related to Citrix Studio / Storefront/ Web Interface / Citrix Receivers
Remote Access Set up in Netscalers
Understanding the concepts behind GSLB/LTM
Good Knowledge and exposure in VMware EXS management
Advanced working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of local area network administration.
Good understanding of the organization''s goals and objectives.
Ability to conduct research into software or hardware issues and products as required.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Experience with ITIL processes and/or ITIL Foundations is a plus.

Education/Skills:
Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 7.x administration
Netscalers 10.x or 11.x administration
Administrating and Hand on experience with Win 2008R2/Win2012/ and Win 2016
Basic Networking troubleshooting and configuration
PowerShell Scripting
Windows 7 desktop OS administration
VMWare 6x and App-V experience a plus

Diagnoses and resolves system problems.
Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements, upgrades, and/or purchases for the system infrastructure to maintain service levels.
Monitor and test performance and provide statistics and reports to proactively identify potential problems and bottlenecks.
Ensures environment is secure and appropriate recovery and redundancy issues are addressed.
Reviews and studies assigned vendor software and hardware products to determine those that meet Global Hyatt''s needs.
Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of systems software procurement and development efforts in conjunction with architecture team to ensure continuity of services.
Manage and/or provide guidance to outsourced vendors, junior members of the team, or other third party contractors involved with the management or provisioning of network resources.
Monitor and test performance and provide statistics and reports to proactively identify potential problems and bottlenecks.
