Excellent writing skills to be able to explain technical information clearly.
Interact with developers and product owners.
Write documents for product and organize them.
Linux Unix hands on to write documents.
Networking domain exposure and background is needed.
Work with technical team to make products easier to use by documenting the instructions and procedures.
Create detailed and precise release notes, how-to documents, instructions, FAQs, design PRDs etc.
Revise documents on need basis.
Able to use bug tracking tools, document repositories.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good team player.
Good to have
Either HTML CSS and Java Script or QA processes exposure.
