Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in Sales, Service, Marketing Salesforce Cloud environment using classic and Lightning methodology• Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, Group/ Sharing Management , Email templates, Chatter , custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.com• Perform the necessary configuration tasks to support the business requirements for SFDC• Ability to understand and work with standard salesforce features• Develop and create customized views, reports and dashboards in Salesforce.• Good Knowledge of AppExchange Applications• Experience in Data Migration using SFDC import and export utilities & Apex data loader• Understand the environment management• Maintain a strong understanding of key features and functionality of salesforce.com and linked applications
