Job Title: Senior Data Scientist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Role Description:
1. Expertise in an analytical language (Python, R, or the equivalent), and experience with databases (Hive, SQL, or the equivalent
2. Prior experience working with TB scale datasets using Big Data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Spark, or the equivalent
3. Practical experience in building NLP solutions are strongly preferred.
4. High proficiency with the following technologies:
Spark
Python
Big Data
SQL
Scala / Java
Deep learning frameworks
5. Modeling proficiency:
Linear models & descriptive statistics
Natural Language Processing
Bayesian Inference
Decision Tree Models & Boosting
Advanced time series forecasting
Deep Learning
6. Experience working on statistical/machine learning package / framework such as Scikit-Learn, Spark MLlib, Mahout, Tensor flow etc.
