Job Title: Front End Web Developer
Location: Loveland, CO.
Experience: 8-10 Years
Responsibilities:
? Writes reusable, testable, and efficient user interface code
? Develops integrations with backen and 3rd party APIs
? Support investigation of production issues on an as-needed basis
? Delivers best-in-class front-end code for the project
? Participates in discussions with business and agile team members about technical best practices and helps team identify optimal technical solutions
? Understand Agile engineering practices and thoughtfully applies them to deliver high quality, maintainable applications
? Willingness to learn & try new things
? Displays high levels of critical thinking and problem solving
? Thrives in a collaborative, team environment
? Can demonstrate strategic thinking/strategy implementation
? Clearly communicate updates and progress
? Hands on mentality to mentor the Junior Front-End Web Developers and continuously look for improvement
? Front-end: React, Redux, Webpack, ES6, CSS
? Testing: Jest, Mocha, Chai
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline or graduate from a top bootcamp program
? 2+ years of Front-End developer experience (can include bootcamp)
? Required Technical Experience: React, Javascript, CSS (expert level), HTML, Continuous Integration, Github
? Preferred Technical Experience: BDD, TDD, XP
? Nice to have Technical Experience: Jira, Python, Node.JS, AWS
? Strong understanding of server-side principles and the relation to front-end development and delivery
? Familiarity with agile software development and lean start-up methodologies
? Basic knowledge of design principles, being able to maintain central theme and style, with interest in delivering human interfaces that are a pleasure to use
? Good knowledge of performance testing and front-end optimization principles and techniques
