Java Front End Developer (Angular 2, Backbone.js)

Description:
This role is going to be working within the Prime Brokerage division of a major financial services client. As part of the Prime Brokerage division you’ll be working on the Capital Markets Business Intelligence platform which includes Financial Reporting, Client Onboarding/Management, and CRM quality of execution for trades. As a senior-level UI Developer, you must have strong hands on experience with BackboneJS and Angular 2. This team needs hands-on, hit the ground running experience with both of these tools.
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for designing, developing and testing Web/Mobile applications with primary skill of HTML5, CSS or JavaScript.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in front-end development
Experience with other financial services clients preferred
Expert level Angular 2.0 experience
Expert level Backbone.JS experience
Strong AG Grid experience
LESS and SASS
D3JS
GIT
Highcharts
Bootstrap
CSS
Able to write object-oriented JavaScript code
Expertise in jQuery and jQuery UI widgets
Ability to create jQuery plugins
Experience with JavaScript MVC frameworks like Backbone, Angular, or Ember
Experience building responsive front-end applications with AJAX and JSON
Experience developing modular JavaScript UI applications
Worked with or knowledge of UI templates for views
Knowledge of data structures
