Job Title: Azure Engineer
Location: Bradenton, FL.
Experience: 6-8 Years
Competencies:
Digital : Microsoft Azure, Digital : Cloud Chef, Infra & Data Security : Windows Powershell, Digital : Puppet, Digital : Ansible.
Role Description:
Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management using one or more of: Azure Resource Manager (ARM), GCP
Deployment Manager , Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, Bamboo, Puppet.
Experience in using some of the big data technologies Hadoop, MapReduce, HDFS, YARN, Cloudera, HortonWorks, Hadoop HDFS, Spark, Streaming,
Kafka, Cassandra.
5+ years’ development/scripting experience.
Strong in the following technologies listed and have good amount of working experience:: Bash, Shell, Python, CLI, API, SQL, SQL Scripting; Bash & shell are must.
3+ years of experience with enterprise scale Linux administration.
3+ years of hands on experience with Cloud server environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and/or Openstack including migrations &
Deployments.
System health monitoring and optimizing performance (Elk, CloudWatch, SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk, etc.
Administration of web servers running Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Nginx etc. (will be a plus.
Administration of database servers and/or DB as a service Cloud services.
Experience delivering modern applications and services with devops model.
Experience with Kubernetes (container management platform) and Docker (container runtimes
General networking knowledge, VLANs, routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, Network rules and firewall concepts.
Experience with cloud storage solutions.
