Software Configuration Management
Detroit – MI

1. Develop and implement tools to support high-quality software build systems. Analyzed data to improve processes and increase efficiency. 2.
Conduct business needs analysis to identify areas where technology can improve current software and hardware systems. 3. Provide estimates and manage schedule at component/sub-system level; manage build machines, servers and build environments, concepts and processes for build systems. 4.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to business needs; including forecasting and deriving requirements from business interactions, internal and external. 5. Integrate automated builds and build artifacts into the lower environments, UAT harnesses and code analysis tools. 6. Deliver design and implementation guidance to team and development members in best practices, tool use and quality assurance. 7. Maintain and enhance external interfaces to build systems and information. 8. Introduce new techniques and technologies for new build systems 9. Resolve any and all issues and details necessary to fully define all SCM methodologies. 10. Define and establish the software configuration management (SCM) process across Information Technology. 11. Establish baseline plans and roll-out plans. Detail and define the release management process in collaboration with IT Leadership.
12. Perform SCM EAC annual audits as planned in application project plans and report on CM status. 13. Products responsible for SCM supporting are:
