Description:
This position is managing Avaya tickets, doesn’t need to be a full-blown Engineer with many years of experience.

Job Duties include:
Perform Day to day ticket support for Avaya environment, excellent communication skills, ability to troubleshoot tickets, they said SBC, CM7, ASM basically needs to be an Avaya expert
Strong Customer Focused work ethic.
Self-driven and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, time management, judgment and decision-making skills.

5+ years in a large call center environment. Strong understanding of information technology and its impact on call centers.
