Job Description:

The SharePoint Business Analyst who will be responsible for our customers Office 365  SharePoint environments. This includes the Corporate Intranet, department and program site collections and SharePoint-based solutions. The goal of this position is to drive usage and collaboration amongst our customers organization.

The role involves working with end users to drive collaboration ideas and turn them into functionality utilizing SharePoint. They will also have  day-to-day operational activities including end-user support, troubleshooting, configuration maintenance, performance tuning, site moves, custom code development, monitoring, as well as installations and configurations. 



Responsibilities:

Gather requirements, design and build collaboration sites to as needed per business specifications •Form and workflow development • Responsible for installing, configuring, optimizing and troubleshooting third-party SharePoint tools •Provide internal support in delivering projects and solutions to the business partners •Operate as a subject matter expert in SharePoint and related collaboration platform technologies •Monitor and optimize performance of the SharePoint systems •Regular review, clean-up, management and configuration of SharePoint accounts and sites •Assist in developing overall strategy for SharePoint topology and permissions •Develop security/access monitoring process to ensure that access levels are appropriate Develop new hire orientation training and conduct training; •Conduct periodic lunch and learn sessions;  Provide end-user support and troubleshooting Administer and support the SharePoint infrastructure used by multiple business units for collaboration, content management and other business functions.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related area with  5 years of experience with SharePoint •Experience supporting, administering and troubleshooting SharePoint Office 365 •Experience supporting  SharePoint in the cloud Experience with SharePoint-based tools such as InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and Nintex workflows; •Experience collaborating with third party service providers and vendors •Exceptional oral and written communication, organization and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to multi-task and manage shifting priorities
