JOB DESCRIPTION :
Looking for a PM now who is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Need somebody who can understand what we are doing and get us organized and proceed with due process. Cannot be somebody who floats on the top and just speaks. Need somebody who can walk the talk also.
Understands financial services (Asset management, fixed income)
Experience running large programs/projects
Need somebody articulate and assertive - Ability to come in, understand, cut through the clutter, establish process and direction - and get everybody going in that direction
Intimate familiarity with the SDLC process- waterfall and scrum
- BA Background
Ability to run meetings with high profile stakeholders
Ability to work well with stakeholders – get things done through influence
Ability to report accurate status
