Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Migrate existing PL/SQL, T-SQL and Informatica production ETL processes to Oracle 12c and MSSQL 2016 database environments.
- Troubleshoot ETL issues / problems and communicate solutions/resolutions to the team
- Map database sources to specified data types and objects
- Translate concepts to requirements/design then develop code, then implement testing and deploy into a production process
- Complete development activities timely and accurately while following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Follow "Best Practices " in Oracle PL/SQL and MSSQL T-SQL database application development
- Optimize production processes by suggesting improvements/enhancements
- Record daily hours of development activities in the Data Management Resource Management System
Minimum Position Requirements:
- 3 years experience in DataMart applications - Oracle 10g/11g/12c databases
- 3 years experience in PL/SQL development
- 3 years of Experience with T-SQL
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing schema(s) design
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse Extract, Transform, and Load concepts
- Experience with ETL production operations and maintenance
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or 5 years of related work experience.
Additional Assets:
- Experience with MS SQL Server: T-SQL; SSIS; Jobs Management
- Experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools (Informatica Power Center)
