Location: Washington DC

Job Description:
· Java and JavaScript knowledge
· Enterprise Web Service design, implementation and operational support
· Monitoring on DataPower, IBM API Management, and back end Java web service platforms.
· Monitoring best practices, and implementation approach, performed hands on monitoring implementation.
· Experience building REST and SOAP based web services, and securely invoking them as well.
· Security protocols and standards like OAuth, PKI, SSL etc. Knowledge of securing enterprise applications using right tools and protocols.
· Experience with XSLT
· Understanding of OAuth, Two way SSL protocol etc. and how to implement them in API Manager
· Unix Scripting
· Knowledge of API creation, socialization and security
