Job Description:
Responsibilities -
Overall responsibility for the project execution as per the customer standards/requirements within agreed duration in close coordination with Project Manager
Conducting project meetings and Customer communication.
Metrics collection, analysis and usage.
Participate in Client meetings and discussions
Timely escalation of issues to Project manager / Delivery Manager
Acting as first point of escalation for day to day service issues
Will ensure that there is a good onsite – offshore co-ordination for optimal service delivery
Weekly/ Monthly status reporting
Ensure on-time delivery
Facilitating Customer workshops
Understand and document customer business requirements
Discuss and make development team understand business requirements
Review and test the functionality of the customizations provided by development team
Demo the solution to the customer and document the feedback (Conference room Pilot)
Get customer acceptance for the completed requirements
Continuously gain business knowledge of the all / dep
