Senior Agile Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Coaches team on agile fundamentals and advanced agile topics
Delivers presentations to business & technology team members. Topics include, but are not limited to, Agile 101, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Art & Science of User Stories, and hands-on Rally training
Educates team members on principles of scaling agile
Reinforces agile standards at client by regularly sharing fresh information obtained from Agile Standards leader
Coaches team on mixed-mode Waterfall and Agile concepts
Teaches agile manifesto principles and scrum values
Guides team on the 3-tiered Portfolio, Program and Team model for improved alignment across various journeys
To be successful in this engagement it is obviously essential you embrace servant leadership and demonstrate the behaviors aligned to key mindset shifts associated with Agile approaches (adaptability, mental flexibility, comfortable with ambiguity Strong strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills coupled with the ability to quickly process conversations and explain complex technical concepts and exhert influence will also be key.
Of course, you will also need to demonstrate a proven ability to lead and direct teams of people, new to agile through roadblocks and effectively communicate to leadership about status and forward velocity and general progress of Agile transformation within their teams and hold at least one certification, such as PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or higher.
Last, but not least, a Coach who has specific experience in creating and facilitating Agile training & workshop material, with SAFE exposure, would be really ideal.
